    Hey John--The only problem with that otherwise brilliantly economical move is that with one more day or post, the slideshow will be moved to the "older posts" page where people are less likely to find it.

    What about just moving the whole slideshow up to the top of the blog, as a new entry? I'd hate for people to miss it, because your shots are so delightful.
